Hi all,
Here I am! A committed bike rider from Gothenburg on the Swedish west coast. The home city of Volvo Cars and Volvo Trucks.

Last year I bought a used J300 from 2014, as a replacement for my Piaggio X9 180. I have owned a couple of other scooters before; Yamaha YP 125, Yamaha TMax 500, Aprilia SportCity 200.

The J300 takes care of my communting (10 kms each way) as well as making small errands, such as riding to the bakery, to the butcher's, to the wine store, and other equally important journeys...

I'm quite happy with my J300. When I bought the scooter it was equipped with an Arrow's exhust that provides a much improved sound. And perhaps an extra hp or two?

But I also suffer from the transmission/clutch judder mentioned by other members.

Hi there and welcome to the forum, nice to see another J300 owner out there.
Sorry to hear you are have clutch judder, this seems to be a common fault although mine is fine at the moment.
Its a 2017 special edition and i have covered 1,300 miles on it. I think these scooters are great to ride as they are not too heavy, previous scooters were a an650 Burgman and a 500 tmax. both were ok but too heavy in traffic.
Ride safe.
